Our lovley 4 bedroom villa is located close to all necessary amenities including the famous La Manga Club with it's 3 golf courses and sports facilities. There are wonderful views of the Mar Menor and Mediterranean from one side of the house, and mountian views from the other. There is a private swimming pool with sunbeds and an eating area. The pool faces south west so you have sun all day and evening. There is a built in BBQ for dining el fresco and a dining table and chairs. There is plenty of shade around the terrace for when the sun gets too much.

Inside the property you will find a large open plan kitchen with an island and breakfast bar which overlooks the pool. There is also a 70 sqm lounge/dining area with a large TV and fireplace. There is a dining table which comfortably sits 10 people and a large L shaped settee and bean bags. There are 2 bedrooms on the groung floor both with double beds. One of the bedrooms has an ensutie with a large shower and bath, and there is another bathroom with shower next to the 2nd bedroom. There is also a utility room which houses the washing maching, tumble dryer and additional fridges to keep all your drinks cool!!!

On the top floor you will find 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed, ensuite and large terrace which overlooks the pool. The other bedroom has a terrace with sea views and is next to the other bathroom.

The villa is close to many attractions and amenities. You can walk to the local village of Los Belones in 5 mins. In the village you will find many bars, restaurants and shops. You can get to the beaches of the Mar Menor and Meditteranean in 5 mins where you will find many water sports on offer. You can also visit La Manga Club which is a 2 mins drive from the villa. On this resort you will find many sports facilities, including 3 golf courses and 5 star restaurants.

The villa is situated within walking distance to a lovely riding stable who offer beach and mountain treks. We can also offer discounted rates for scuba diving at an accredited dive school in the area.

If you want to visit the water parks and safari parks in Murcia these are only a 40 mins drive, or you may choose to spend sometime in the city of Cartagena which is only 20 mins drive away.

We built the advertised villa as a family home 5 years ago and rent the property out during the summer months to supplement our income.
