This country house by Porto Colom offers marvellous views of the surrounding countryside as well as of the sea in the distance. The house is located about 2 km away from the fisher town of Porto Colom where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and a church. Furthermore, there is a pretty promenade going along the fisher port. In about 5 minutes by car you can reach the lovely, small sand beach of Cala Sanau as well as the holiday town of Cala D’Or. Here you have several other sandy bays and also an extensive pedestrian area with shops, restaurants and an exclusive marine.
The house’s living area is distributed over two floors and offers spacious rooms furnished in a traditional style with plenty of natural light. The ground floor accommodates an open, bright living and dining area with access to a terrace with panoramic views of the light house of Porto Colom. Also located on the ground floor is a spacious kitchen with a dining table, which offers access to the terrace and a laundry room with a shower. In addition, the ground floor offers two bedrooms: one double room with a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe and another room with a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with a tub.
The holiday house also offers a guest toilet and another two double bedrooms, each with an own bathroom, located on the upper level. All bedrooms offer access to a terrace and beautiful views of Porto Colom’s lighthouse.
The house’s outdoor area is spacious, well-maintained and from the back of the house you can enjoy fantastic views of the coast and the sea as well as the surrounding countryside with its almond trees. Here you also find the pool area with a covered and furnished terrace which is ideal for outdoor dining. In the front of the house you additionally find a lovely garden with Mediterranean plantation.
