Very good located 4 person detached holiday house with 2 bedrooms and private pool for rent. Situated between Torremolinos and Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia - Southern Spain

This 4 persons detached holiday house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, guest toilet, swimming pool, air conditioning and private parking. The house is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas, free WiFi, flat screen TV with some international channels, dining table with 4 chairs and sliding doors to the south facing partly covered terrace with terrace furniture. In the garden of the holiday house you can enjoy the private pool and sun terraces. The holiday house is perfectly situated between Benalmadena and Torremolinos at only 800 meter of the sandy beaches and the Benalmadena Marina Port. In Torremolinos and Benalmadena you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday as pleasant shopping streets, miles of seafront promenade with bars, restaurants water sports, beautiful marina, etc. Its central location makes this holiday house an ideal base for trips to Torremolinos and Benalmadena.

INSIDE:

Spacious living room with lounge area, dining area and sliding doors to the south facing terrace.

INSIDE AVAILABLE: Individual air conditioning cold / hot, 2 leather sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs.

ENTERTAINMENT: Flat screen TV with some international channels, DVD and CD player.

INTERNET: Free WiFi Internet.

KITCHEN:

Kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor, combination microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster.

BEDROOMS:

Two bedrooms, both with enough wardrobes, air conditioning / heating and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a double bed of 160 X 200. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200 and a fan.

A children high chair and baby cot are available on request.

BATHROOMS:

The bathroom is completely renovated in 2017 and has a walk-in shower, a wash basin, toilet and bidet. There is a separate guest toilet.

OUTSIDE:

Large fully fenced private garden with swimming pool and sun terraces.

TERRACE:

Sunny partly covered south facing terraces with terrace furniture, sun beds and a sun umbrella.

POOL:

Private swimming pool and sunny terrace.

PARKING:

Private parking place.

CAR:

To be able to fully enjoy the beautiful area we recommend you to rent a car but, since it is 10 to 15 minutes walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport it is not absolutely necessary to have a car.

ACTIVITIES

If you want a fun evening or day out with the kids then head to Tivoli World Park, the largest theme- amusement park on the Costa del Sol. There is about 30 attractions in total including shows, mini-rollercoaster’s, play areas, etc. There are also restaurants and bars to dine or drink. Adjacent to the Tivoli World Amusement park is the Benalmadena Aerial Cable car which climbs its gentle ascent 2600 metres from Benalmadena up to Mount Calamorro. The views of the Costa Del Sol Coast and interior along the way and at the peak are spectacular and not to be missed! In Torremolinos you’ll find the Crocodile Park where around 300 Crocs live, from baby crocs to the big 5 metre long Big Nile Crocodiles. Also in Torremolinos is the huge Aqualand water park of 70,000 square metres featuring: Water slides include Black Hole, Kamikazi, Niagra & Twister, Fast river, Infant's park, Sea Lion Shows, Pizzeria, hamburger & self-service restaurant, etc. In Torremolinos and Benalmadena you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday like shopping areas, miles of beautiful sandy beaches and boulevards with terraces, restaurants, Marina Port, all kinds of water sports, etc. In the vicinity of the Holiday house you’ll find ample activities such as the beautifully landscaped Zoo in Fuengirola, the water park Aquapark Mijas the Sea live in Benalmadena and the Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona.

TORREMOLINOS

Torremolinos is one of the most famous resorts of the Costa del Sol. Originally a fishing village Torremolinos is now a large resort, with clean sandy beaches, wide choice of hotels and restaurants and unparalleled variety of entertainment, activities and nightlife available. The beautiful seafront promenade, Paseo Marítimo, runs from Playa mar along to La Carihuela, continuing as far as Benalmadena Marina. The attractive and more authentically Spanish area of La Carihuela, where the apartment is located, is a charming area to the west of Torremolinos and close to the famous harbour of Benalmádena. Walking along the Paseo Marítimo from La Carihuela to the centre of Torremolinos or to Benalmádena you’ll find all kind of shops, exclusive boutiques and gift shops, terraces, tapas bars and excellent seafront fish restaurants. At the heart of the town is the pedestrian Calle San Miguel, the main artery of the town. This street is lined with boutiques and shops with a great variety of goods on offer.

THE BEACH RESORT BENALMADENA

The house is pretty centrally situated at just 800 meter from the famous resort Benalmadena. In Benalmadena you will find everything needed for a successful holiday on Costa del Sol like beautiful beaches and promenade, supermarkets, pleasant shopping areas, a wide range of international restaurants to suit every taste and every budget, charming squares with terraces and of course the beautiful marina "Puerto Marina" where you can enjoy a selection of water sports. The Puerto Marina also has a nice shopping centre, cozy cafes, terraces, dozens of international restaurants to suit every taste and budget, and it comes alive every night, with various bars, clubs and discos.

DAY TRIPS

At the local travel agencies you can book organized daytrips. By luxury

buses you can visit the famous cultural cities such as Granada, Cordoba and Seville. Or book a day to Jerez de la Frontera to visit the sherry bodegas and the Royal Spanish Riding School. There are also possibilities to book

a trip of one or more days to Morocco.

A GOLFERS PARADISE

Near the apartment, just 5 minutes drive, you will find the beautiful 18 hole golf course Torrequebrada Golf with Golf Clubhouse. In the surroundings of the apartment you will find a vast array of more than 50 renowned golf courses including Torrequebrade Golf, the Valle Romano Golf Course in Estepona, La Cala Golf (with 3 x 18 holes the largest golf course in Spain), Marbella Golf & Country Club, Los Arqueros Golf & La Quinta Golf and Country Club, etc.

THE RESORT OF MARBELLA - PUERTO BANUS

The luxurious and famous Marbella with his beautiful marina Puerto Banus is just 35 by car. Marbella offers clean beaches, elegant shops such as Gucci and Armani, clubs, art, top class restaurants, sport clubs and a casino. If you think Marbella is just a tourist interest for its beach side life and Mediterranean weather, you are wrong. There is much more to see, and the best part is its “Casco Antiguo” the Old town, situated in the centre of the Marbella, and only a few hundred meters from the beach and boulevard. In the pretty narrow little streets, set in an arabesque style, and structures that date back as far as 11th century, you’ll find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, etc. The central attraction of Old Town is the Orange Square or “La Plaza de los Naranjos”. A fantastic place with lots of history. Also the metropolis of Málaga is definitely worth a visit.

Skønt hus - fantastisk beliggenhed

Alt i huset var skønt. Lækker terrasse og poolen den perfekte størrelse. Det eneste der manglede var en ordentlig grill og ovnen i køkkenet var hele tiden i stykker. Beliggenhed var perfekt - få 100 meter til handlemuligheder og små 10 minutters gang til havnen. Billigt at køre taxi - vi har haft den bedste ferie 😊

Vores hacienda

Vi blev meget glade for at bo i et lækkert hus. Lidl supermarked i gå afstand. Opvaskemaskine måtte udskiftes, så vi brugte håndkraft. Irriterende hundeglammen fra naboen, stor beboelsesejendom/ hotel,hvorfra man kunne følge med i alt. hvad vi foretog os i haven, men alt ialt meget positiv oplevelse, også selv om jeg havde problemer med at overføre penge, vi måtte have hjælp fra vores bankrådgiver for at finde ud af det.
