This property has just been renovated and redecorated to a high standard. It is situated near The Castle and river of Fuengirola, just next to the beach - between Hotel Las Piramides and The Castle.
It is spacious, comfortable and completely equipped for 8 people + baby. The furnishing are light and modern.
Fantastic house for Summer time due to the beach at 1 minute from the complex and the unique pool just at the door of the house. And because we have the bright and warm sun of Costa del Sol in Fuengirola.

This comfortable and bright townhouse can sleep a maximum capacity of 8 people plus a baby, using a cot.
The property spreads over 3 floors, top middle and ground. There is a bathroom on each floor, all have been modernised. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 on the middle floor and one on the top floor. The ground floor has a patio and porch, which has glass doors so can be closed in winter, yet still giving nice views to the pool. The spacious sitting/dining room has plenty of comfortable seating, satelite tv, free wifi connection, Blu-ray and DVD player, and an enclosed fireplace for the fresh winter evenings. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all you may expect. The bathroom on this floor has been completely renovated and has a shower cubicle.
Air conditioning is installed in the living area and all the three bedrooms; additionally, stand up fans are installed. There is a safe for your passports, documents and money.
The rental of the property includes rates, insurance of the property and electricity. The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, sheets, blankets and adequate cleaning equipment, linen and towels. For stays of over 10 nights, a change of bed linen and towels will be provided on a weekly basis, if asked by the tenant, agreeing the dates at check-in. Changes will be done from Monday to Friday
The house has the communal pool situated directly outside the patio, just a couple of strides away. Parasols are provided by the community in summer and we provide sunbeds and chairs for you to use at the poolside. The pool is open the full year. Please remember that pool is unheated and therefore cold from mid October to mid May, although the weather in Fuengirola is warmer even in Winter and people swim in the pool every month the full year. A life guard is employed in the busy summer months.
The complex is very well run and employs a security guard at night. It is a secure gated complex.
The complex itself has been built in Mediterranean style with sub tropical plants and flowerbeds. Decorative andalusian tiles, archways and fountains all add character to this seaside resort.
The location of the property is very convenient for those who don't want to depend on a car or transport. There's a shopping centre about 500 metres away- a 5 min walk. It has a great variety of shops, tapas bars, cafeterias, cinemas, and a play area for the small ones on the top floor. There are restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity of the complex.
You will find numerous parks around the complex. The one beside it has a skating area, some chess tables, exercise machines for adults and an open air bar where you can watch the young ones playing. The park is manned by a security guard on weekends and on summer afternoons, when it's busy.
The nearest shops are a couple of minutes away,There is also a newsagent, internet cafe, bakery and cafeteria.
On Sundays, there is an open air market just along the road.
The centre of Fuengirola is 10 minutes walk along the promenade that runs from the end of the small street. The small yet beautiful zoo and the Mijas Costa Aquapark are less than 15 minutes walk away
This property is suited to all ages. It's an ideal place to stay for big families, golfers and groups of friends.
