Salida Del Sol (Sunrise) Villa is a spacious quality, fully air conditioned home with all the modern facilities you would require for a quiet relaxed holiday. Ideal for up to 10 persons. There are four double bedrooms all with en-suite shower/bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, perfect for anyone with mobility problems. A safe is provided in three bedrooms for your valuables. In addition to the air conditioning there are also ceiling fans in three bedrooms. Internet access, two cots and two high chairs are included in the price.
This beautiful home enjoys panoramic views to mountains, sea and Nerja town from lounge/dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, pool and pool terrace. The spacious pool terrace benefits from all day sun and is perfect for families seeking quiet relaxing holidays. The private pool has a lockable gate for child safety. There is no access to pool when doors and gate are closed. A separate raised terrace with sun blind is ideal for relaxing at all times of the day. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have balconies with stunning views. The large twin bedroom on the lower ground floor includes a games room containing a full size table tennis table and darts board. Also on this level is the utility room fitted with cupboards including spare toilet rolls and toilet cleaner. There is also a second large fridge and washing machine at this level.
The villa is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and assistance is close at hand should you need help.
Why not walk into Nerja along the flat beach road taking in the lovely scenery. You will pass a few good Chiringuitos serving tapas, paella and good local Spanish food. Also, within a short walking distance to the villa are a few very good restaurants.
Nerja has activities for all times of the year. The 7 beaches, range from small quiet coves to larger ones with family restaurants. These have provision for fun activities including pedalos, windsurfing, paragliding and scuba diving. There are tennis courts, petanqua courts, and an indoor swimming pool and sports centre, all open to the public.
The climate of the Costa del Sol is one of the best in the whole of Europe, sunny days are virtually guaranteed at any time of the year. The famous Nerja Caves are close by, one of Spain's finest tourist attractions. Underground caverns with stalagmites, stalactites and the worlds widest column reaching a height of 32 meters.
Frigiliana is an old white washed mountain village some 5k away where you can enjoy the wonderful scenery over the mountains down to the sea or walk and have lunch in one of the many typical bars and cafes.
Granada is an historic city with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace, well worth a visit. . Tickets can be obtained in some Nerja banks (1.10 hour drive).
Seville, Cordoba and Malaga are all historic cities within easy reach.
About 20 minutes drive there is an Aqua Park open during the summer months. Nerja and surrounding villages have several fiestas during the year to include processions, colourful flamenco dancing and women and children dressed up in their beautiful traditional costumes.
The villa is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and our local English speaking representative is on call 7 days a week.
Our representative will meet you on arrival to hand over the keys and show you around. Spare set in kitchen.
