The apartment which is my private home is located in Costa Nagüeles with beautiful surroundings within walking distance of more or less everything.
The supermarked is just outside the complex, restaurants are on the other side of the road and the sandy beach (Nagüeles) is 5 minutes walk away.
10 min walk to Marbella town centre. No car needed, several busses to the door.

Decoration is kept classic and minimal, and you will find all things available for your holiday.


Marbella apartment
Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in a big hall with wardobe. There is direct access to all the main rooms.
The modern sitting kitchen is very practical with washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridge/frezers and a small TV so you will never miss your favourite TV-show.
The apartment has a guest toilet, one double bedroom, a large bathroom with bathtub, and of course the large lounge with direct access to one of the terraces.

The stairs are leading up to 2nd level with an open double bedroom and direct access to a very private terrace. It has a bathroom with bathtub, and an additional room with walk in closet.


Two terraces
The down stairs terrace is normally used for dining in the warm summer evenings.

The terrace up stairs is larger and has sun beds, table with 4 chairs and lots of plants and privacy. Both terraces have full mountain and see view. Sun all day!


Parking and security
2 underground private parking spaces. Excotic garden and pool area, open all year. 24 hrs. gated security for your safety.


Cleaning
Mandatory cleaning fee of €100.
Additional charge for electricity.


Free internet
Internet is cabled (RJ45)


Restaurants
Many lovely restaurants are located within walking distance (2 - 10 minutes).

One of the best is Da Bruno International located just across the road, and you will find Fashion Sushi, Indian, Thai, Italian, Argentinian, Mexican, Spanish Tapas, The Polo House and Marbella Club Hotel and Hotel Puente Romano nearby which also have Suite del Mar beachclub, and of course several traditional Spanish restaurants as well.

At the beach there is traditional Spanish fish restaurant and a couple of high quality beach restaurants directly in the sand.


Beaches
Costa Nagüeles Beach extends towards Marbella town in one direction and to Puerto Banús in the other direction, taking you pass the famous hotels Marbella Club and Puente Romano with high class beach clubs, restaurants and night clubs.
The beach itself has wide stretch of soft sand, and never crowded.

Mandatory cleaning fee of €100. To be paid on arrival.
Deposit €250. To be paid on arrival. Electricity bill will be deducted the deposit on departure. Any damage in the property will be deducted the deposit.
Airport pick-up €50.
Pay 50% of the rent when booked and 50% on arrival.

There is NO pool/beach towels available in the apartment !!

The apartment is NOT suitable for "partypeople" thanks.
