This 3 bedroom ground floor apartment in Las Adelfas is perfect for a family holiday and ideal for 2 families to holiday together. The spacious 3 bedroom apartment has a large living room, dining area and a generous sized kitchen with 2 utility areas.
The bedrooms are also of good size. The master bedroom is en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath. The guest bedrooms consist of one double bedroom with terrace access and a twin bedroom. Both the double bedrooms have enough space for either a travel cot or a fold out bed. The second bathroom has a large shower, no bath and there is also a guest toilet.
The location of the ground floor couldn’t be better. From the living room you have the covered terrace with lounge furniture and there is also a small semi-enclosed garden. You are able to leave the garden and walk the few steps to one of the amazing pools. The two communal pools are large with shallow ends, great for young children, The community itself is also spacious with plenty of mature tropical trees.
This 3 bedroom beachside apartment in Las Adelfas also has wi-fi and lift access to the underground parking space. The rental price includes bed linen, bath and pool towels.

The family friendly apartment is tucked away in the secure gated enclave of Las Adelfas. This prestigious development is perfectly positioned for families directly opposite the San Pedro beach and fabulous promenade, dotted with many alfresco cafe restaurants and unpretentious beach bars, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano (red-wine spritzer). The palm lined beach promenade is a great spot for a quiet stroll or an energetic jog. Early morning is idyllic, with the sun coming up over the shimmering azure Mediterranean Sea. You could become accustomed to this lifestyle. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.
Or mingle with the locals and soak up the vibrant atmosphere in the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, a mere 10-minute walk away from Las Adelfas. San Pedro, like its glitzy sister, Puerto Banus, comes under the municipality of Marbella. It is just 10 km from Marbella, 2 km from Puerto Banús, and a mere few minutes from the spectacular Ronda Mountains. Despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, San Pedro has managed to remain unspoilt and still preserves its Spanish identity. It is a true slice of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals, dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around. The town has broad spectrum of amenities, including a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona , Cayetano and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy, plenty of charming restaurants and boutiques.
There are also at least 3 public play areas, two close to Las Adelfas, perfect for families! Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter´s paradise. Don’t expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you’re looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away. The adjacent residential area Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. There is also an enclosed Childrens play park, Galaxia.
High chairs, travel cots and baby monitors are available for hire and baby sitting services are available. Please note only 1 set of linen per person is included in the rate. For additional sets and for mid stay cleans please ask for price. We are able to help in organising anything else you may require for your stay from golf clubs to providing a couple days worth of food shopping for your arrival. We can also help with car rental and airport pick up.

Payments can be made via bank transfer (Transfer fee to be covered by client), or on-line card payment (+2.5% fee).
The refundable security deposit is €200 and is due 2 weeks before arrival date. We will send a payment request via paypal. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.
You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.
1 set of bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided per person. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.
