We have spent great week - 16 people, within 7 children - in this property. The view is stunning, the villa ist very well prepared for so many people, there are really good equiped kitchens (we could even bake a cake!) and diffrent possibilites to grill outside. The house itself is very well-kept, everything was clean, the beds very comfortable. The communication with owners was without any fault.

This villa is a real treat, everything from the view to the well stocked kitchen made staying with a group of 12 adults a real pleasure. Ilona and Erwin were extremely attentive and patient as we organised 4 different arrivals, even coming to collect some of our group from the town and arranging a late check out to accommodate our varying flight times on the last day. Some great local recommendations too! The villa is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable; all of our group reported comfy beds with beautiful views to wake up to. We did rent a car which proved useful to get in and out of the town and down to the beach too. Wouldn’t hesitate to return for a relaxing break with a large group.

I organised a trip for 14 friends to stay at villa Florada and the whole experience was exceptional. The villa itself is every bit as spectacular as the pictures suggest and the garden and pool over looking the bay is stunning. The facilities were excellent with everything a large group could need and the villa is finished to an exceptional standard throughout. The villa is located on a steep hillside so a rental car is a good idea, however a taxi into Lloret de Mar is only €10-12 so this really is not essential depending on your plans. The owners were a pleasure to deal with throughout, answering all questions before booking and making us feel welcome on arrival. Overall I could not recommend this property more highly, we had a fantastic few days in Spain.

This trip was the Xmas gift to all our kids and their families. We looked for a great house to live in when we scanned all the sites letting out properties in the area of Lloret de Mar and we found "Villa Florada". It totally lived up to our expectations, which were rather big after viewing the pictures and video from the house. As stated earlier it was 15 of us travelling together, but the house never felt crowded anyhow. Lots of space to enjoy the pool area, plenty of space for wining and dining etc. What else to say - Well the landlords served us well, Ilona fixed everything around the booking and that worked well. And Erwin meet us as agreed and took us up the winding road to the house and showed us around. And a special thanks to Pepi whom made our last night special as well. The only thing we regret is that we forgot to sign the guest book - but we'll fix that next time.
