This is a lovely detached property with accomodation and living all on one level (bungalow), although there are five steps up to the front terrace and main front door entry. Property is situated in a completed mature urbanisation that has many permanent residents as well as holiday homes.
The lounge/dining area is large enough that if the sofa bed is out there is still plenty of room to move around and leave down if that suits. The lounge has an open fire and a real fire can be lit in the winter evenings, as well as there being a calor gas heater. The dining table seats 4 and can be extended for another two.
Bedroom 1 has the double bed, set of drawers, bedside tables and large wardrobe. There is a ceiling fan and remote controlled aircon unit on the wall.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside table, set of draws with mirror and a wardrobe. A 3rd single bed can be put in the middle of the twin beds if required. Alternatively the travel cot (provided) can be put up comfortably in the twin room. Again as above ceiling fan and aircon.
Bathroom contains sink, toilet, bidet, bath and shower, storage cupboard.
Kitchen is very well equipped with all you require for cooking (oven, hob and microwave), large fridge and freezer.
Outside area at rear of property is patio tiled with safe non slip tiles. There are sun loungers, table & chairs, bbq for outside dining. Access to the roof via stairs provides a solarium for further sunbathing. Access to the utility with washing machine and dryer.
Overall the property is very family friendly as we have children ourselves. We have a cot, pushchair, booster dining seat, stair gate all can be used by guests if they require.
The communal pool area is beautiful, one of the biggest pools in the area with changing facilities & toilets and a separate children''s pool. Children from 9 years are allowed in the main pool.
We have Satellite TV in the property.
Wifi is available on a pay as you go basis. Prices in summer 2015 were 15 euro for 7 days and 22 euro for 14 days. If wish to use as soon as arrive please request in advance. There are plenty of internet cafes in the area and places available to take print outs.
Campoamor Golf Course is about 5 minutes drive from the house and has a beautiful clubhouse and restaurant facilities.

Local information Supermarkets - There is a small supermarket at Villamartin Plaza which stocks all the essentials and many english brands. Mercadona is a larger supermarket and is a two minute drive away from the villa, you will find everything you need there. Markets - There are many fabulous markets including, Playa Flamena (Saturdays), San Pedro (Mondays), San Miguel Wednesdays) and a really big one at Benijofar (Sundays). Water parks - Children will enjoy the three water parks located in the area, Aquapolis at Torrevieja is the largest, situated off the N-332 road. There is also a smaller water park at Cuidad Quesada which is off the Crevillente road approximately twenty minutes from Villamartin. We found another little waterpark, cheap to get in,great with small kids and bar for the parents, near Carrefour in Torrevieja.

|Bemærkninger:||I will take reservations for long weekends in months other than July and August when the minimum will be for one week. I am flexible on the days so if you get good flight deals mid week I will try to accomodate.
1. Where the reservation is made more than six weeks prior to arrival, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental is due to confirm the reservation within seven days of the provisional booking.
2. The balance of the reservation, including the security deposit of £50 per week, against damage and breakages, is required not less than six weeks prior to arrival.
3. If, after full payment the client wishes to cancel the booking, every effort will be made to re-let the property. If re-letting is achieved then the full refund will be made. However, iif re-letting is not possible then a reduced figure will be calculated at one sixth for each week of notice.
4. The client must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owners cannot be held responsible for injury, lloss, damage, cancellations, delay etc. However, in the event of cancellation by the owners then all monies will be refunded.
5. The owners reserve the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to property caused by clients. The security deposit will be returned as soon as the property has been inspected.
6. All information offered by the owner’s forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to of accepted these.
