(0.90 m x 1,90 m) Bedroom 3: two single beds. (0.90 m x 1,90 m) Bedroom 4: a double bed (1,35 m x 1,90 m) + optional baby cot Bedroom 5: 4 single beds (bunk beds): 2 adults or 4 children. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (warm/cold), a Smart TV, 2 cots and a highchair.

Thanks to the ideal location of the villa, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cafés and the long sandy beach Playa de S'Arenal within a few minutes' walk.

The sandy beach is open all year round and most bars and restaurants are also open in winter. The house has a beautiful and comfortable swimming pool located on the main terrace that will delight guests during their stay and after days at the beach or relaxing in the villa. Economical water consumption pays off (up to 10,000 liters per week included). Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. There are parking spaces on the property and on the street. are not allowed. The minimum age for people booking is 25 years (except children accompanied by their parents).

Groups of adults under 26 are not allowed. Parties, events and barbecues are not allowed on the property.
