Eigentlich nicht viel
Beim betreten des Hauses überfiel uns ein modriger, muffeliger Gestank. Bereits nach wenigen Stunden sind uns weitere negative Punkte aufgefallen:
- Die Küchenschränke haben den muffeligen Geruch angenommen, zu wenig Besteck/ verrostet

We had a lovely stay for 4 nights at Villa Beatriz, the villa was clean and bright and a lovely unexpected welcome pack was left for us on arrival that was just what was needed as we were late evening arrivals. It's just a short walk to the Cala D'or Marina, where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Couldn't fault it, thank you.

Lovely apartment in an area near lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment was well fitted out with everything that you would need; it had a decent size pool and also a shaded area for anyone not wanting to sit on the sun all day.
Only thing to warn about is additional 500 euro returnable deposit and non-returnable 60 euro eco tax that you have to pay after booking in addition to the cost of apartment. Slight difficulty with deposit is that you either have to phone Mallorca to pay it or do bank transfer (which also costs extra). This has to be done a month before you arrive and cannot be done on arrival.
