Please note: Marbella Real is a tranquil, residential area, out of respect for our neighbours, the property is not suitable for large groups planning to host loud gatherings or parties.
We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas. This newly decorated two-bedroom apartment is set within the prestigious Marbella Real urbanisation on Marbella’s sought-after Golden Mile, just a two-minute walk from the beautiful sands of Casablanca Beach.
Ideally positioned within a secure, 24-hour gated community, guests enjoy access to lush tropical gardens with waterfalls and fountains, as well as several communal swimming pools — all just moments from shops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, and a wide range of leisure facilities. A standout feature of the apartment is its spacious and private L-shaped terrace, designed for both relaxation and entertaining.
One side offers an outdoor dining area complete with a fridge and freezer, while the other is arranged as a stylish chill-out space with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and ambient lighting — perfect for enjoying both morning and afternoon sun. Guests can even make use of fresh herbs such as mint and coriander grown on the terrace. Inside, the apartment features a bright open-plan layout combining the lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, all tastefully furnished to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
A hallway leads to the master bedroom, which benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is served by a separate modern bathroom, also featuring a walk-in shower. For entertainment, the property includes a brand-new flat-screen TV with access to over 1,000 international channels in multiple languages, including English, Swedish, French, and Russian, as well as BT Sports, Sky Movies, and all Sky Sports channels.
A wide selection of complimentary movies and box sets is also available.
High-speed WiFi (up to 100mb) with unlimited downloads is provided throughout the apartment. The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property. One of our team members will personally check you in and out and remain available nearby if you need anything.
