Spread over 2 floors, the house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (available in both bedrooms and operates with coins; fans are provided for the rest of the house), a washing machine, a dryer, and satellite TV. Outside, you’ll find a charming terrace shaded by plants and trees, perfect for enjoying meals or sunbathing on warm afternoons.
You can also take in beautiful mountain views from the property. Sóller’s center, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafés, is just a 5-minute walk or 450 m away.
The Port of Sóller, with lovely beaches like Platja d'en Repic, is only 5 km or a 10-minute drive from the property. Street parking is available.
Starting February 27, 2026, only zero-emission or electric vehicles may access Sóller’s center.
If you arrive with another type of vehicle, several parking lots are available at the village entrance.
This regulation is set by the Sóller Town Hall. No children allowed.
The property is not recommended for children or infants.

Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Parksituation in Sóller ist leider generell katastrophal. Nicht mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen.
Leider zu teuer für eine Finca.

Lovely rustic house in quiet location. Short walk to central plaza and tram, a little further to bus stops. Soller town and port both have plenty of character. Recommend!

We adored our time in Sóller! The photos on the listing don’t do it justice, the view is truly breathtaking. The place had so much charm. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because the AC costed 1 to use for 2 hours and we didn’t have any coins so we didn’t get to use it the first night. It was also a bit tricky to get it working. So just bring coins when you come!
