In Estepona, the holiday apartment Boulevard 302 offers an excellent view of the sea. The 87 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private terrace, which offers a wonderful view.
The property has also access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a childrens pool, a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 59m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 492m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 59m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 754m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 50m Playa de la Rada. The fishing harbor and marina at the other end of the promenade is on a pleasant 20-30 minutes walking distance.
The centre of old Estepona (10-15 minutes walk) is a fabulous network of streets full of whitewashed houses adorned with different coloured flowerpots bursting with flowering plants. Estepona is situated on the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Gibraltar, about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport.
Andalucía is the southernmost, autonomous Spanish region and is famous for its beautiful nature and culture.
Think of cities like Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and Malaga with their Moorish influences.
Estepona is so central that all these places can be done as a daytrip. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. An elevator is available in the building.

Läget, vädret och det fantastiska pool området, vacker trädgård och naturligtvis havsutsikten. Estepona är mysigt med Tapas och Cava i gamla stan.
Lite synd att det bara fanns två solstolar för pool området när vi var fyra som bodde i lägenheten.

We felt at home right away. The apartment have everything you need, tastefull decor and are not "stuffed" with personal items. Very comfortable bed.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von Arwen. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Lage gut, direkt am Meer. Leider keine Sonnenaufgänge oder Sonnenuntergänge von der Veranda aus zu beobachten. In der Küche war leider das Geschirr nicht so sauber. In unserem Zimmer gab es wohl einen Schrank und eine Komm...
