Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday apartment "Don Juan Manuel" is located in Torremolinos.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the entire accommodation, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The property features a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 open terraces and an outdoor shower.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and a children's pool. The property is situated between 5 and 15 minutes from the airport, the water park Aqualand, a golf course, the city centre and the Plaza Mayor shopping centre.
Furthermore, public transport links are located within walking distance. A parking space in a garage is available for a fee, to be arranged with the host. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 8 am. Beach/pool towels are provided. A self-check-in service is available. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. Heerlijk zwembad met tuin. Dagelijks onderhoud.
Om de 3e slaapkamer te bereiken moet je door de 2e slaapkamer. Best ongemakkelijk. De airco in de tuin maakt belachelijk veel lawaai. Is oud en rammelt aan alle kanten. Niet te doen.
