The house is located on the outskirts of the city of Valls (+/-4 km), and very well connected with the main tourist centres of the area.
Port Aventura World is 30 km, the beaches of Salou and Tamarit to 25/30 km, Tarragona to 18 km and Barcelona to/-110 km.
House distributed on three floors.
Ground floor: Spacious living room and dining room with fireplace and Tv.
Kitchen equipped with vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 refrigerators and coffee capsules. 1 toilet.
First floor: 2 rooms with double bed with ceiling fan. 2 single rooms. 1 single Room 1 bed 1, 35 mt. 1 Bathroom with bathtub. 1 Bathrooms with shower.
Second Floor: 1 Room 2 double beds (air-conditioning). 1 bedroom 1 double bed + 1 single bed (air-conditioning). 1 Bathroom with shower.
Large garden (1000 m2) Fenced and private pool (11 m x 6 m) Barbecue space with outdoor table and tennis court.
Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).
Week bookings:Departures maximum 12 h.For reservations of less than 10 people, 1 room on the second floor will be closed. except for reservations of 7 or more nights

El trato del anfitrión
Tenía una ventana rota en el baño pequeño de abajo que debería haber estado arreglada con el precio pagado.
Recomendable para estancia en familia.

Casa molt còmode, amb una zona de dia per cuinar i alhora estar pendents dels infants a la piscina. Amb un jardi molt gran. Habitacions àmplies amb llits còmodes. Espais interiors grans i la casa en general està ben equipada. Tot molt positiu excepte dir que la pista de tennis li manca manteniment al paviment. El propietari molt amable.
