Boasting a beautiful view of the Balearic Sea, the villa Oasis Del Mar - Splendid with step-free access is located in IB. The 601 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as beach/pool towels.
In addition, a private gym and gym equipment are available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.
This villa features a private outdoor space with a heated pool, whirlpool, garden, 4 open terraces, 3 covered terraces, 2 balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The property is located close to the beach. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
