This detached, secluded cottage has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 4 people (plus a baby). The house is simply yet beautifully decorated in the Andalusian style. The living/dining area overlooks the large terrace and the garden. From here you can see the sea—on a clear day, you can even see as far as North Africa!
In the garden, you can always find a shady spot under the old pine tree. Our “luxury”: the quiet garden and the beach. Not just for the kids—there’s hardly a better holiday. The beach—considered by many to be the most beautiful in the Marbella area—is just over 5 minutes away. Even in the height of summer, the beach isn’t crowded.
Day Trips: In about 2 hours, you can reach major cities like Seville, Córdoba, Granada, and Jerez! Even Tangier, Morocco, is a worthwhile destination, even for a day trip.
Marbella: Marbella is known for its 300 days of sunshine a year as well as its mild winter climate. Its stunning location on the Mediterranean —with views of Gibraltar and, on clear days, North Africa—and the beautiful mountainous hinterland make Marbella one of the most attractive resorts in southern Spain.
Marbella offers the perfect setting for every holidaymaker. Take a stroll through the historic centre—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—or enjoy an evening stroll along the bustling beach promenade! The famous marina of Puerto Banús, about 4 km west of Marbella, is the meeting place of the so-called jet set and is definitely worth a visit.
Glamorous Marbella is just as suitable for a peaceful family holiday as it is for a lively celebration and for sports enthusiasts. Within walking distance, there are clay tennis courts open to everyone.

Ein schönes , ruhiges,kleines Ferienhaus. Alles , was man in einem Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Schönes altes Haus mit viel Charme und Historie, schönem Garten und nahe am Strand, ruhig gelegen in einem Wohngebiet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
