The 60 m² apartment is located in Aguas Verdes, Fuerteventura, and accommodates up to 2 guests.
It features a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes.
The fully equipped private kitchen is open to the dining area, and the living room offers a three-seater sofa.
Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, self check-in, and step-free access indoors. On your private balcony, you will find two sun loungers and a small table—perfect for enjoying sea views and sunsets over the bay and the Atlantic.
Two communal outdoor saltwater pools and a children's pool invite you to relax.
You also have access to a tennis court and a mini-golf course, some for an extra fee.
The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk (approx. 600 m) away. There are communal parking spaces on the property.
Events are not permitted.
A car is essential to explore the area and shop, as the nearest stores are 12 km away in Antigua.
The property is about a 20-minute drive from the airport; there is no public transport.
On your way from the airport, you will pass shopping centers in Puerto del Rosario, where you can buy food and drinks.
Wi-Fi and internet are reliable, but there is no mobile phone reception in the area.
